Privacy Policy

Nexauto Pilot helps creators automate user-initiated video generation workflows on Nexabot. We designed the extension to keep prompts, images and generated videos in the browser whenever possible.

Information handled

• Device and license metadata: a random extension device ID, license status, plan and expiry information, and the email attached to a paid license when supplied for activation.
• Usage metadata: quota checks, successful/failed generation events, recovery events, timestamps and extension version.
• Local workspace data: prompts, asset thumbnails, folders, settings, recovery logs and downloaded files are stored locally by the extension unless the user chooses to export or download them.

What we do not collect

We do not upload or store customer prompt text, source images, generated videos or video content in the licensing backend as part of normal operation.

How information is used

Metadata is used only to activate licenses, enforce plan quotas, maintain device limits, prevent duplicate usage events, provide recovery diagnostics and keep the service secure. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising unrelated to Nexauto Pilot.

Storage and retention

Local workspace data remains in the browser until the user removes it. Licensing and usage metadata is retained only as needed to operate the service, support customers, resolve abuse and meet legal obligations.

Third parties

The extension communicates with PAWARNA's licensing backend and Nexabot pages required for the user-requested automation. Payment-provider or email-provider data is handled by those providers under their own policies when enabled.

Your choices

You can deactivate a license, remove the extension, clear local extension storage, or contact us to request help with license/device records.
